All was perfect.

Spent an exciting New Year at a budget hotel that offered amazing service. Loved the friendly staff and the neat and tidy rooms. the location was perfect for me, with easy access to the city's popular attractions. the best part was that I could enjoy hot showers comfortably, even with the sink inside. And oh, the complimentary breakfast was simply delicious!

Although the hotel was affordable, I didn't like that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, making it a bit stuffy. I couldn't carry any snacks to my room as it was against the hotel policy.

The hotel had a great location near many local attractions and shops. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a sink and shower. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when explaining payment methods. the hotel had undergone recent renovations which were kept in mind to not disturb guests.

The hotel did not provide any complimentary drinking water or glasses in the room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in option after a mix-up with the time zones. The staff quickly accommodated us. The hot shower was a relief, even though the sink being in the shower was a bit unusual. Despite the noise from the road, we managed to get some rest. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the spotless lobby to the immaculate room. Also, the location was great as it was not far from the city center. The staff were friendly and willing to help with transportation options and provided great breakfast.

The hotel had no air conditioning or heating, which was a huge inconvenience during the new year since the weather was cold. Although it was mentioned that breakfast was included, in reality, it was just coffee and bread and was not worth having.
